1. Registration Fee The one-time registration fee of ₹499 is non-refundable. 2. Membership Fee Monthly fees are non-refundable once the membership period has started. If a member wishes to cancel before the membership starts, a 50% refund may be issued if requested at least 48 hours in advance. 3. Pay & Play Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booked slot will be eligible for rescheduling. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable. 4. Session Rescheduling Sessions can be rescheduled due to rain, academy closures, or official holidays. We’ll notify members in advance and provide an alternate slot. 5. Academy Rights AttiFit Sports reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions and modify policies at any time. 6. Leave Adjustment Policy No refund or fee carryover is allowed for sessions missed during the month. However, if a member provides prior notice for a leave of 10 days or more, a discount coupon may be issued: Request must be submitted before the leave starts. A discount of up to 10 days’ worth of the subscription will be applicable on the next month’s fee only. The member must apply the coupon at the time of payment. Subscription dates remain unchanged, and only the fee is partially adjusted, not the validity period.
